Entradio is not a travel agent, but a technology platform which can be used by Hotels to directly connect with its customers.

No commission are charged on transactions, Hotels can have unlimited commission free bookings and enjoy complete control on rates and discount. Experience all these, by paying a nominal subscription fee for the use of platform.

You have to Register/Sign-up into Entradio as a vendor using URL http://www.entradio.com/vendor .

No, on-boarding is completely FREE and you can enjoy free 5 transactions as a complimentary offer.

You will be intimated (marquee notification in RED colour in their account on entradio.com) by the system before you complete 5 bookings. At this stage, you are requested to purchase a timed package, to continue with Entradio and remain listed on search outputs.

Entradio has three plans to offer, those are –

i. Quarterly Package (3 months) for INR 2,999/-.

ii. Half-yearly Package (6 months) for INR 4,999/-

iii. Annual Package (12 months) for INR 8,999/-

To register your property, you have to login to Entradio as a vendor and upload property details by navigating to “PROPERTY -> Add Property”. All 5-steps need to be updated with complete details around Property, Bank information, Location, Amenities, Room details and cancellation rules.

Fairly simple, once you upload all your property details, go ahead and submit your request. Alongside, you will be redirected to upload few relevant documents for Entradio to prepare your agreement copy. Shortly, you’ll have the agreement to be printed, signed, sealed and uploaded in the system.

You hardly have to wait for your property to be listed, once your agreement is uploaded. Just update your inventory and find your property in search output for bookings.

Vendor can upload inventory using navigation “INVENTORY -> Bulk Upload”, for respective room. In the ‘Inventory’ dashboard you can also manage your rates, discounts and availabilities for respective room, on a regular basis.

Payment is made through recognized payment partners. Payments from customers will be paid to vendor within 10 working day after guest check-out or booking cancellation.

Before a package expires, the vendor gets a marquee notification in RED colour in their account on entradio.com for renewal of the package. New package will be activated as soon as a preferred package is purchased from the available options.

Hotels/Vendors will update the booking status as ‘No Show’. Full payment is processed in vendor’s favour (no refund to user) and the booking stands cancelled. User will be notified through email/SMS on his/her updated booking status.

No, Entradio do not record a user’s card detail rather promote on “ease of booking” and trust based method. However, to protect the practice Entradio reserves rights to restrict a user to use Pay@Hotel if their past bookings ended as “No Show”.

Once the vendor gets a bid request, he/she has to respond (accept or reject) to the bid request within 24 hours, to get the credit of responded-bid which directly impact a vendor ‘Response rate’ for bid requests.
