Entradio welcomes you (the “Customer” or “you”) to its website “www.entradio.com” (the “Site”). The term "Entradio" or "we" refer to Entradio Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. Entradio is in the business of operating a platform for travel bookings referred to as “Entradio”[“Services”] to its users (“Customers”). WHEREAS the Registered Vendor is the owner of a hotel/ properties and desires to enroll himself on Entradio in the process of increasing his sales and facilitating the customers.


The “Terms of Service” apply to our services, directly or indirectly made available to you through whatever means, including online reservations, bidding requests or otherwise. By accessing, browsing and using the Site and/or by making a reservation/booking, you acknowledge and agree having read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site for any purpose or get it clarified by us through email. Terms of Use – as may be amended from time to time – constitute the entire agreement, and supersede any other agreements or understandings between you and the Entradio with respect to their subject matters unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Room Reservation

Entradio is a market-place (online platform) to provide a common platform for registered users (customers) and Hotels. Customer can make reservation of hotel rooms from available room listing in the website. By making a booking through Entradio, you make an offer to book a reservation to hotel at the price listed for such reservation and such other terms and conditions stated on the Site for the listed hotel and room type. This shall become a binding agreement formed under Mumbai (India) Jurisdiction to the stated Terms and Condition when agreed and accepted by you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation on proof of the confirmed Accommodation (with a voucher for on-line paid rooms), which means the reservation has been confirmed by the Hotel.

Bid Service

Entradio user can negotiate rate with hotels with ‘Bidding’ feature. Rooms with enabled bid options will only be published with 'Bid Now' option available for a particular room type. Hotel/Vendor is responsible to respond back to user bid request within 24Hrs time. If Hotel do not responds to users bid, it may affect ‘Bid response rate' of the vendor. Here 'Bid response rate' is the percentage of requests responded by Hotel/Vendor on time (i.e.24Hrs, before the request expires) against number of total bid requests.

Bid acceptance from a hotel does not guarantee a booking, a user may fail to book room on accepted price if inventory is not available. After a bid is accepted by hotel, Payment link to remain active for 24Hrs, for the user to book at accepted rate, subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund

Once booking is made by user, he can cancel it any moment before Check In (My Transaction > Cancel Booking). Only user/vendor is responsible for booking cancellation.

Payments concluded after a cancelation is solely derived by the ‘cancellation rule’ configured by Hotel/Vendor. No cancellation or refund is allowed for bookings made through Bided deals.

Cancellation rule, for bookings made against rooms with Pay@Hotel option, are fixed as 'Free cancel allowed up to Check-in, no cancellation allowed after check-in.

When user fails to show up for a reserved room without notifying the hotel, his booking can be cancelled by Vendor and status of his reservation can be marked as ‘No Show’. User cannot claim any refund on such cases.

User Account Registration

You can register to Entradio using an email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Entradio Account credentials. Entradio do not guarantee or assume any responsibility on any Member's identity.

For the registration, user must be 18 years old. User must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process .User cannot create more than one Entradio account as a customer. You must be a registered user in Entradio to book a hotel room as a customer.

Fees & charges

Entradio do not charge customer for any fee or commission for using the platform or transactions like room booking, bidding and cancellation, however additional fees are charged as required by integrated payment gateways as processing charges (plus GST) for each transaction.

Pay @ Hotel

User can get a confirmed booking without payment if he selects a room type with option ‘Pay@Hotel’.

Entradio will not accept any percentage of booking amount / Credit Card information to process payment/refunds for bookings made with Pay@Hotel option.

User has to pay the full amount at the time of Check In/Check Out, based on hotel policy.

Entradio reserve rights and may restrict you from using Pay@Hotel option in future, if incase your check-in status is marked as ‘No Show’ by the vendor against your booking. You agree to cancel your booking well in advance, so that the Hotel does not need to mark you as ‘No Show’.

Taxes

Goods and Service taxes (GST) will be applied on room as per the tax rule by government tax authority.

Applicable Taxes will be displayed to user prior to booking. Entradio reserves the right to change the taxes at any time as per the applicable tax rule by local tax jurisdiction. If applicable tax structure will undergo a change, incremental taxes arising there from would be additionally levied and payable by the guest.

Tax amount is collected on behalf of the hotel who is responsible for paying this to the government. This is not a tax charged by Entradio.

Review & User Rating

User can share feedback on hotel services and rate hotel based on your travel experience. Entradio provides option to parties to flag any abusive comments. Entradio administers any content which is flagged as abusive but, reserves full right to accept or decline a UN-publish request for the content. Content should not be offensive or defamatory for any party. Hotel can flag a content as abusive if found offensive and request to UN-publish it to Entradio.

Fake contents or influenced content writing is strictly prohibited and can cause agreement termination and legal actions.

Liabilities

The hotel “star ratings” are provided for your information only. The star ratings are based on the information we have received from vendors on their properties. Star ratings may be unrelated to ratings assigned by government tourism authorities. We do not independently verify star ratings. A star rating is only indicative of the level of comfort you can expect to find in a particular Hotel or room.

Entradio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee on the truth/correctness of the rating provided by vendor.

Ownership & Grievance policy

Entradio does not own, manage, supply any listed property or room, Entradio does not even manage rate and discounts. Further to clarify, Entradio is a separate entity used by Hotels/Vendors to manage their online sells, Entradio being an independent platform is not representing any Hotel/Vendor as an Agent or Partner.

By booking an accommodation, user is getting into a commercial agreement directly with Hotel/Vendor and in no circumstances Entradio will mediate or try to resolve a dispute between user and Hotel/Vendor.

However, Entradio completely believes in transparency and providing value services to customers.

You can always write a grievance or share feedback, if you are disappointed with the services provided by Entradio.
