No, Entradio do not charge any commission to users or Hotels on the transactions made.

It provides a common platform for direct interaction to travellers and hoteliers.

Both can connect on phone/ email/Chat and can even arrive at a negotiated rate through bidding.

No credit-card information or payment is required to opt for Pay@Hotel feature while bookings.

Guest have to pay entire amount at the time of Check In or Check out at hotel, as per the hotel policy.

Yes, Pay@Hotel option is provided by Hotels for customers, for ease of booking. Entradio expect users to responsibly cancel their booking well in advance to protect a Hotel’s business.

Entradio reserve rights and may restrict a user from using “Pay@Hotel” option for his/her future bookings, if in-case the user is marked as “No Show”, against his/her booking.

You can bid for 5 hotels in a day to negotiate rate directly with hotel.

You can rate and review a hotel by searching it and navigate to hotel’s “Review Section” in “Detail Page”. You can click on “Write Review or Rate” button to share your inputs and upload photos in favour of your feedback.

Guest has the option to cancel a booking. You can navigate to Menu (top-right corner) -> My Transaction”, to find your booking and can cancel a booking, if cancellation is allowed for that transaction.

Cancellation rules are mentioned in “VIEW DETAIL” button for respective transactions under navigation “Menu-> My Transaction”.

Once booking is done, you will please check for your booking voucher under ‘My Transaction -> View Details’ and/or in your registered mail ID.

Guests have to carry government authorized identity proof like Adhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License etc. along with print out of the booking voucher.

You can change your details by navigating to “Menu->User Profile”

Any refund payable amount will be credited to user’s account within 5 working days.

Every hotel has its own cancellation policies. Refunds are calculated based on the cancellation rule applied to a specific transaction. Rule primarily depends on the number of days, booking is done, prior to check-in.

No, transactions made via biding is at a special price and cannot be cancelled.

Customer can pay online using their credit/debit card or netbanking. Entradio also enabled customer to Pay@Hotel, without making any advance payments or sharing credit-card details.

Yes, that is absolutely possible.

Just that, if you plan to book then make payments as soon as possible to book on your accepted bid to secure your accommodation before it is sold-out.

No, bids are instantaneous and the accepted bid rate is valid for only 24Hrs. Post that, the payment link will be expired.

When a customer fails to show up at hotel/property by check-in time, for a reserved room without notifying the hotel, his booking can be cancelled by Vendor and status of his reservation can be marked as ‘No Show’. User cannot claim any refund on such cases.
